and 20% from non-union.
and thats because non union actors dont get paid residules.
Managers take 15%.
Produce a PROFESSIONAL demo.
It should sound like it's all real spots.
Now for an agent you might want to try a smaller agency
someone that isnt a bazillionaire and will work hard for you to get work.

He's getting great word if mouth. I guess he's one of the youngest agents in Los angeles. But he seems to have a good head on his sholders. I recently read an article in one of the actors paper in LA reccomending him.
